The last couple of years have been an effort in so many new ways.
- The pandemic really forced me family to find a new way of going about life.
Neither my husband nor I were inside the zone controlled HVAC of our respective offices for over a year. That meant trying to work from our own air conditioning while the kids were learning from home as well. It was a crowded house and I thought it was going to be a nightmare. After the initial bit of figuring it all out, I was grateful that we slipped into a bit of a more normal routine. Somehow, we were able to come together, be patient with one another and share the quality heating and air of our home for such a long time. We were as careful as we could possibly be due to my daughter having a health condition that put her at high risk with Covid. So there was so much time spent inside the air conditioning of our home as just us, our family. I missed eating out or having some people over for a small dinner party even. So once we were all triple vaccinated and the cases came down dramatically in the spring, we opened our home up again. There would be barbeques and birthday parties once again. But after nearly two years inside that house, I wanted to deep clean it. Part of the deep cleaning consisted of ductwork cleaning and ductwork resealing. It’s the first time I had the ductwork cleaning done and it made a remarkable difference in my house. The indoor air quality is improved and the house feels so much cleaner.
