I have a honestly seasoned air handler that wasn’t updated when they installed my Heating plus A/C system because it was still working well plus was honestly hard to remove given that it was put above the ceiling of my bathroom. It was a slim squeeze getting it put in that small bathroom plus they told me it would cost a lot of money to have it taken out because they would have to remove some walls to do so. But now it is not working so well anymore plus all of us are going to have to update it soon. It is always leaking water onto the bathroom floor plus a lot of the tape joints on it are leaking air as well. I think I will have to get the Heating plus A/C specialist out to take a look plus let me think what it is going to cost to have it updated. I may have to wait till next Summer because my investments are down 90% plus I don’t want to touch the money till it bounces back up, which could be a long time at this rate. I can limp along with portable heating systems plus cooling systems if I have to so it isn’t a sizable deal to wait till next year. I have both portable units upstairs in the storage space in case my main Heating plus A/C system goes out. I just need to keep the filter plus coils disinfect in the air handler plus I guess I will be okay for 1 more year. Life is all about upkeep plus repair isn’t it?
