Well, I have to admit I was rather dumb. My local heating and air conditioning specialist had been telling me for months that I should change my air filter at least once a month. And I did not listen and went on changing the air filter to my central heating and air conditioning system every other month. This finally caught up with me and has caused my central heating and cooling unit to break down. This was not a good thing because what ended up happening was the motor was burned out. It was all because my central heating and cooling unit ended up working overtime because of the air filters not being changed every month. This was the true fact of it all. So this cost me the cost of a whole brand new motor for my central heating and air conditioning system. This was several hundred dollars I could have saved if I had only listened to my local heating and air conditioning specialist. Well in the future I am going to listen to everything that my local heating and air conditioning specialist tells me I should do when it comes to maintaining my central heat and a/c unit. I do not want to have to pay several hundred dollars to replace another motor or worst yet, I do not want to have buy an entire brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit all because of me just not changing the air filters! So I will be sure to do that from now on.
