In a few months we are going to buy a used caravan, equipped with a good climate control system inside, so that we can do gigs around the country, and possibly even other countries as well.
We still have a lot of practicing to do, but we are practicing several times a week and are getting better very quickly, so I think we will be ready to go in a few months for a little tour around the country to see how people like our music.
I am a heating and cooling rep also, so I think I could make some money by getting some new HVAC customers in these clubs and places that we will be performing in. It’s a pretty exciting time because I never thought that I would be a musician after deciding to go for it earlier this year once I had quit my comedy career of 17 years. I will still work for the heating and cooling corporation in my town, but I’m going to really focus on music and see what I can do over the next few years of my life, while I still have some gas in my tank. I play the drums and sing and my partner plays the guitar and sings, and we make this really cool blend of ethereal trippy music that just flows from the heart. I will do some writing for my HVAC equipment company while we are on the road to make a little money for gas and spending money in between gigs. It should be a fun time.
