Joel hasn’t played with his bandmate in so long and he is starting to get the itch to do so. She was gone in the mountains recently, but now she is back and it looks like they will play in two more afternoons at a club open mic night. They would like to get in the clubs in town and then start doing other clubs, but they want to make money doing gigs so the two of them are working on promotional material so that they can see what they are all about. Joel is getting cards made at the local business soon and will dish them out to all of the local corporations and clubs in town to see who bites. They want to make $300 each per night minimum because they feel they have a fantastic amount of music to do concerts and honestly put on a fantastic show for everyone. Joel wants to play in heated ski lodges in the winter season and air conditioned beach bars in the summer, but he must get his bandmate on the same page as him because she is hesitant about pushing their band so soon. They’ve been playing together for just two years, but he has 22 years of tunesal experience and she has 18 years of performing arts experience with some tunes mixed in. Joel started playing when he was young back when he had a drum set in his air conditioned dorm room, so he felt between them they have enough experience. They are ready for the next level.
