Our house is so cold because the furnace is not working right now.
The temperatures around here just started dropping about a week and a half ago. I am not sure that I was ready for the temperature drop, but I am glad that I was able to at least decorate for fall this year. Even though it seemed to come on quickly this year, I am thankful that fall is here. I was getting sick of the hot weather. The only issue with fall being here is the fact that our furnace is not working. We have no idea what is wrong with it. The furnace worked just fine last winter. It didn’t give us any troubles. Matter of fact, our furnace has never given us any trouble until now. I wish that we had at least a clue as to what is wrong with our furnace. The furnace won’t even attempt to turn on. My husband tried figuring out the issue, but he literally has no idea because it seems like it just died. Our furnace was not new by any means, but it wasn’t really old either. We have only had it for about seven years. Normally, furnaces don’t go out every seven years. We are trying to get it figured out now. We called an HVAC company a few days ago, and they said that they were going to send someone out today. The HVAC technician just showed up about an hour ago. So far, he has not been able to figure out what is wrong with our furnace either. Hopefully, he can figure out our furnace issues soon because it is cold in our house.
