I started working in this field when I was 18 years old and I realized that heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment is a very important part of our lives. People desperately need indoor air temperature control and air quality control in order to live comfortably and happily. That’s why I will never leave somebody hanging if they request a professional heating, cooling, and ventilation appointment. I don’t care if they have a broken furnace or a busted air conditioning system, I want to be there on their coldest hour. Unfortunately, some of my clients take this a little too literally. They know that they can always count on me for an emergency repair appointment no matter what heating, cooling, and ventilation disaster they are facing. As such, they don’t take heating and cooling equipment breakdowns very seriously. Rather than purchasing new indoor air temperature control devices when they have a serious issue, many of my clients will continue to operate the same air conditioning units and forced air furnaces. They figure, they can always call me for an emergency HVAC service whether it’s day or night. I’m glad that they think so highly of me as their heating, cooling, and ventilation technician… But I’m getting really tired of all of these emergency repair services. One of these days, my clients need new HVAC equipment.
