Now that I have everything all set up, I don’t know if I will ever go off the chiller rental fee.
Starting a business isn’t exactly easy. There are so many expenses that goes into it. First, every business needs a facility. The building doesn’t come cheap. Then you need to outfit it with all the necessary equipment in order to ensure your business works efficiently. Then there are workers, parking lots, outdoor lighting, and all sorts of expenses that you didn’t originally think of. It is easy to miss something crucial because of how much needs to be done. I realized very late into my business that I didn’t secure a chiller system which was absolutely pivotal for my products. I needed an air cooled chiller and I didn’t have it in the budget to buy one. My options were to buy a used chiller from another business or go with a temporary chiller rental instead. I decided to go with a reputable business that actually rents air colled chillers for a living. The offterd a lot of guarantees that the equipment would work fine, they would make any repairs and do yearly service on the chiller. Now that I have everything all set up, I don’t know if I will ever go off the chiller rental fee. It is so nice not having to worry about it and have a professional a phone call away. A new chiller is super expensive and I got one for a fraction of the cost. Over time it will cost more money but it still might be a better choice for me. On my own I know I would have an inefficient chiller that needed a lot of repairs.
