Between graduating from University + buying a home, I had to spend several years renting several Apartments.

  • I easily started out with honestly very little money and struggled to really come up with a deposit so I could pay the rent.

My very first apartment was severely rundown + Mall. It was located inside a sketchy City area plus I didn’t want to wait to leave there. The floors were easily slanted and the windows painted shut did not typically work half of the time. Despite the small and limited amount of square footage, the heating plus cooling bills easily cost a fortune. The door did not have a secure lock plus someone even broke into the apartment one evening plus stole my iPad. As soon as I really could afford to move, I found a nicer apartment. This a single was actually the ground floor of a huge condo converted into rentals. I loved the hardwood floors and all of the big Windows. The pitfalls of the old condo we’re not having power outlets and it also had ineffective heating as well as no Central AC. I’m still looking for a better apartment and hope to move into a place that will be much nicer. I would love to find an apartment that has a washer + dryer plus several Laboratories and a Zone controlled heating, ventilation, plus AC system. I think those amenities would make it worthwhile to pay a little bit more money for a nice place. I could particularly appreciate living in a place with a very nice Courtyard as well.
