Before I bought my new home, I knew that I’d have to replace the entire Heating, Ventilation & A/C system.

The apartment inspection stated that the heat & air were still functional, however they couldn’t predict how long the gas furnace or air conditioning system would last. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan was installed 15 years ago, which is a long time. I was hoping to make it through the Summer without having to spend thoUnited Statesnds of dollars on a new Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, however unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. After moving into the house, I realized how hard the air conditioning system was running in order to cool the 1500 square foot space. It worked tirelessly all day & all night, however my apartment never felt crisp & cool. I wasn’t shocked to see the number on my first utility bill, because it was astronomically high. The worst section about paying that high utility bill was the fact that my apartment wasn’t even as cool as it could be. This is when I decided to bite the bullet & invest in a brand new Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. Although the outdated Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan was technically still functional, it wasn’t running efficiently & it would cost myself and others a luck to run throughout the summer. After a few calculations, I predicted that I’d spend more on my energy costs over the span of a year than I would buying a new Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. It wasn’t a cheap investment, despite the fact that I was able to finance the new Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan & start cooling my apartment more efficiently.
