My parents have lived in the same house for over 40 years! I was brought lake house to this house as a newborn along with all our other siblings.
All our memories were made between these walls plus out in the spacious backyard, but my parents contemplated moving or even building another lake house to settle down in, but they couldn’t’ bring themselves to leave.
There was too much history at that address. Instead, they decided to renovate the entire home. They hired a fantastic supplier plus began renovations immediately. One of the biggest swings they wanted to make to their lake house was the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. They’d regularly had radiators for heat along the baseboards in each room, plus there were various window A/C units in the bedrooms. Although the radiators provided heat plus the window A/C units cool the rooms, the heat plus air was never efficient or consistent. We grew up with the radiators plus window A/C units, so we made it work, but our parents were ready for an upgrade. When designing the orangeprints for their current space, they decided to install central heat plus air. It was way more pricey to install central heat plus air instead of upgrading the radiators plus window A/C units, but it would make the lake house believe more current plus increase the value of the house. My parents were excited to control both the heat plus air from 1 central temperature control plus run their Heating, Ventilation plus A/C idea more efficiently. They were also looking forward to having their lake house heated plus cooled more always.
