I hate allergies and they are literally the worst this year! They have been bothering me so much that I feel like I have almost sneezed my head off.
Even worse than the sneezing and the coughing are the itchy, watery eyes and everyone looking at me like I’m down with Covid or something. I keep saying that it’s not Covid, it’s allergies! But it’s almost like everyone feels like I’m infected or something. It’s so ridiculous. People are so freaked out about this virus. Anyway, the allergies are driving me absolutely nuts and I would love for them to go away. I talked to my allergy doctor the other day and he actually suggested that I talk to the local heating and cooling company about the problems that I am having with my indoor air quality. He said that sometimes if you improve the indoor air quality in your home, it can really help out with your allergy issues. I did what he said, and now I have an appointment later on this week with one of our local HVAC companies. When I talked to the guy on the phone to make the appointment, he sounded confident that he would be able to help me out. He thinks that we should install something called a whole home air purification system in our house. It would run alongside our existing heating and cooling company and it would keep dust, dirt, and pollen out of our ventilation system. It sounds like an exciting prospect to me! I hope that it will work!
