My husband always has really cold feet.
- He always does, whether it’s in the winter or the summer, and it’s something that is super annoying to me most of the time.
I love the way that he tries to snuggle with me at night when we are in bed and then he shoves his freezing cold feet on my legs and it nearly scares me to death. His cold feet are the worst, but I don’t know what we are supposed to do about it. It’s actually the worst in the summertime because the air conditioning vents in our house are made right into the floor and if he walks around the house without any shoes on, it’s like his feet turn into blocks of ice. By the end of the day, he just wants to thaw them out, and that’s usually by putting them right onto my legs. I can’t tell you how many fights we have gotten into because of him annoying me with his cold feet. I’m actually thinking about talking to our local heating and cooling company about giving us an estimate for radiant heated flooring for our house. I was thinking that it would be a great birthday gift for my husband, but it would also be for me, too! At least if we had radiant heated flooring in our house, I wouldn’t constantly be getting shocked and scared to death with his cold feet. I don’t know how much radiant heated flooring costs, but I’m sure that it would be worth it in our case.
