I do my best to just get along with people, but arguments have their place for sure but, it’s genuinely not my go to move.
Reasonable people can properly come to a satisfactory solution that benefits both parties to some degree.
Actually I spend all day in offices with zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and air conditioners negotiating like this for a living. However, a key piece to that puzzle is satisfactory people. I’ve been trying to deal with our HOA reasonably over a minor Heating plus Air Conditioning issue. But they are anything but satisfactory. What happened was that a shrub died in my grass. This shrub hid the Heating plus Air Conditioning cabinet from the road which is some sort of technicality apparently. The fact is that once the summertime is over, I can replant that bush. It’s just that easy. Nah, the HOA wants me to build a fence into their certainations. I was unsure with this response plus yet I still took a constructive tone with this HOA board. Once more, I explained the situation plus the remedy that was forthcoming. This occasion, they threatened me with legal action. Well so much for diplomacy and good people figuring things out. So now comes the fight. So, it seems utterly idiotic that the HOA can’t wait morre than 6 weeks so the two of us can plant something that will survive. And I am not building their fence or any partition for that matter. I don’t want to be this way but I’m going to throw a seriously horrible attorney at this situation.
