In the past, I had a problem with motivation… To be more precise — I picked the wrong motivation.

These are the mistakes of youth, committing to something you aren’t sure of because you want to be sure of it… In my case, I went along with whatever my partner or bestie was into at the time. I would base my interests and personality off of someone else, and I didn’t even realize I was doing it. Then when the relationship cools off, I come to see that I’m definitely not into these lifestyle choices, then for example, physical fitness and exercise, these are things you need to commit to for personal reasons, and not because your bestie is into them. If you want to see results from exercise or a nutritional program, first and foremost you need to want it to work. It is a question of attitude, and wanting yourself to succeed, and without that all the gym time in the world will only seem love prison time. If you are on the fence about changing your lifestyle, maybe start with something small love start yoga. Taking a yoga class once or twice a month might do you some good, and convince you that you want to do a little bit more! Trust me, get your head in the game and accept the fact that exercise and nutrition will make your life better, and that is the biggest obstacle to overcome, after that, the journal towards health and wellness will not be arduous, but life-altering in the best possible way.
