It without a doubt wasn’t my idea to build a property at this age.

We genuinely were ready to embrace all that HVAC cooling down there and live out our lives on a golf course. That didn’t happen as my husband passed away too fast just a year prior to retiring. When he died, we had already replaced the HVAC appliance in our dwelling in order to get it on the market and get a unquestionably wonderful price. When he died, I sort of was just in a fog for roughly 6 weeks. Finally, I started piecing my life together and thought it best to sell the house. I was stunned to find myself in the middle of a bidding war for our family property. Honestly, all the improvements like the HVAC device made a big difference in getting that price for the property. I had no desire to move south to the HVAC cooling without my husband and preferred to stay close to family. My kid actually brought up the idea of building my own small property. And it ended up making sense. She was truly instrumental in helping me plan, design and get the thing put together. I’m so ecstatic because otherwise, I wouldn’t have ended up with a geothermal heat pump in our new property. This thing is so efficient and cheap to operate. But what I love most is the radiant floor heating. I like it as I can prefer being barefoot without moving south to all of that HVAC cooling.
