The noise from the old central gas furnace was something I was already used to, it did not bother us in the least and after nineteen years I even barely noticed it existed however the frequency in which the two of us had to call the local repair provider for a furnace repair had increased, and the heating professional had told us to start looking into getting a new HVAC for the whole-home heating.

I already knew the style of heating and air conditioner idea I wanted, and all that was needed was to get a heating business to come and tell us the size and price of the electric heating system.

The electric heat pump was compatible with the radiant floor heating that the two of us wanted to be installed in the additional master bedroom that was under construction. The temperature control of the new HVAC would be regulated by the digital thermostat, one of the energy-saving tips and the main one was that it was going to be a zone control system. In this kind of replacement, the house would be divided up into different zones decided upon by the HVAC professional, however with this kind of setup, we would be able to cut back on the energy bills, however even though the upfront cost was really high, in the long run, it would be able to pay for itself by the amount of energy that would be saved. The one thing that would not change was that even with the new replacement we would still be required to do a furnace/heater tune-up yearly. This would ensure that the unit would always be in good condition and avoid breakdowns that are so often avoidable.
