The thought that I was going to ever be a homeowner began to fade when I became 40.

  • The cost of a down payment just kept getting further and further out of reach for me.

I genuinely don’t make a sizable amount of money so can only save so much and at the rate I was saving, it just didn’t look especially fantastic for me being able to afford a dwelling. So I sort of relegated myself to renting and dealing with not so good heating and cooling among other conditions of renting. Then, I managed to get a piece of registered mail that changed my life completely. An aunt of mine actually died and left her dwelling and property to me. I had to call the lawyer to make sure I wasn’t getting punked. But it was true, I was a homeowner at last. There were multiple things that had to be addressed in our newly acquired dwelling. The biggest and most immediate drawback was the heating and cooling. The dwelling had sat empty for a number of years when our aunt went to a retirement home. So not only was the Heating and A/C appliance severely dated, it barely even worked at all. It all was junk basically, even the ductwork. After consulting with the Heating and A/C professionals, I decided to go another way when it came to heating and cooling. I chose to utilize a ductless multi split for heating and cooling our dwelling. It certainly was the more cost effective option when it came to Heating and A/C appliance substitution. And I loved the fact that I could have the ductless heat pumps work in concert or I could do more of a zone controlled Heating and A/C effect. I’m extremely impressed and satisfied with the ductless heat pump that I propose to anybody who will listen.
