My first day on the job as a certified heating and air conditioning specialist was quite a busy day! It was also a bit scary and kind of rough.
Going out on my very first heating and cooling repair job after being out of HVAC school was not an easy thing.
It was a good thing though that the heating and air conditioning company I ended up working for sent me out with a well seasoned HVAC professional that had over 20 years experience in the heating and cooling field. It was on the job training and learning the ropes as I went along. If I did not have help from the well seasoned heat and a/c specialist it would have been even worse trying to do this for the first time all by myself. They knew this at the heating and cooling company that hired me and they specialized on helping new and young heat and a/c specialists like myself. I am really glad that I fell into working at this heating and cooling company. This is one of the reasons I chose to apply for this place because I knew all about it. I knew this was their policy before I applied. Not many heating and air conditioning companies do this kind of thing. This one is very special in my opinion. I hope that every area in the country has a heating and air conditioning business like this one for new HVAC specialists like myself. They could sure benefit highly from it, that is for certain.
