A fantastic friend of mine joined me for a relaxing getaway in the mountains; Since the multiple of us have been working from house for the past year, we decided to treat ourselves to a spa weekend away from home! I discovered a treehouse resort not far from where we lived, so I suddenly booked us a room! Two of our largest concerns about staying in the treehouse were the heat and air situation and the plumbing.
I wanted the experience of the treehouse, however I also wanted to be relaxed and comfortable. I called the treehouse resort and asked them about the heat and air and plumbing and the receptionist assured me that there was both. This was fantastic enough for me! When our friend and I arrived, the sunlight was setting and the temperature was dropping! Every one of us venued our bags on the bed and tried to find the temperature control. There wasn’t a temperature control on the wall, so we were confused… Before calling the front desk to ask about the heat, we learn the instruction manual that was left for us. Inside, it went into detail about the ductless mini system above the bed. There was a remote on a single of the tables that turned on the ductless mini split system and it also controlled the temperature. I thought it was going to take a long time for the ductless mini split system to heat the treehouse, however I was pleasantly surprised when it only took 5 minutes to assume the warmth!
