Every year our boss makes everybody attend the annual business conference for our company.
The company has branches all across the nation, and is very successful.
Well, this year I felt like it was just going to be another boring and uneventful occasion, but I was wrong. They were focusing on the needs of the workers, the people who were behind all the success. We actually felt good about ourselves for all the hard work we have accomplished over the years, and it sounded like the leaders of the company wanted to give back to all the staff for such good work. They even allowed us to make suggestions on how they could make things better for everything. I told the people that we should all have upgraded HVAC systems that were not over a decade old that would provide better air quality and comfort in the work environment. Everybody cheered when I said these words and while I thought I would be disappointed with their response, they vowed to make this one of their priorities moving forward this year. It didn’t take them long either, before I knew it, we had HVAC professionals coming out to assess our commercial HVAC equipment. They ended up replacing everything with a brand new commercial HVAC system that has been providing us with perfect comfort. They also installed a new UV air purification system and this has improved the air quality in the work environment immensely and it helps to stop the spread of dangerous pathogens! I’m so glad that I was able to speak up and help make a difference for everybody.
